Demi Lovato & Nick Jonas Future Now Tour

During the summer of 2016, Simon Premium Outlets was an exclusive sponsor of the Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas Future Now Tour. The sponsorship was designed as a unique opportunity to strategically engage with an important group of emerging shoppers in an unprecedented manner, prior to the back-to-school season. As Simon Property Group’s prime promotional marketing agency, OmniSource Marketing Group was involved from inception to completion of the tour.

OmniSource Marketing’s involvement in 46-city tour included onsite activation at each concert venue, 10 VIP Meet & Greet opportunities at select Premium Outlets, retail signage and displays, as well as VIP gifts and giveaways.

Part of the strategy was to establish a Simon Premium Outlet's VIP Shopper Lounge at each of the concert venues, to engage current and potential new customers with pre-concert entertainment and exclusive rewards prior to seeing the show. To capture attendee’s demographic and contact information, Simon Premium Outlets utilized OmniSource Marketing’s Event Photo Booth. At each of the 46 tour destinations, over 350,000 attendees had the opportunity to walk the carpet and strike a pose in the ROCK YOUR STYLE! Photo Booth.

Push, Pose + Post! Together, we built a memorable experience that engaged attendees by delivering trend worthy photos to share on social media that answered a very important question... Are you #TeamDemi or #TeamNick? Beyond the astonishing number of online impressions (trust us, it’s a REALLY big number), Simon Premium Outlets captured thousands of email addresses of new Simon VIP’s to actively engage, expose them to the platform/brand, and drive traffic to retailers with Back-To-School specials and incentives.

Uniform Program, Pop-Up Store.

A team from OmniSource Marketing chalked up a big win with the Cummins – Jamestown Engine Plant (JEP) in western New York. Every year, the Cummins Engine Plant does a uniform program for their employees and this year we were the supplier.

CHALLENGE. The program is challenging to execute. We won the chance to fix a struggling pilot program that never left Jamestown, to go to other Cummins plants—because two previous suppliers failed to deliver uniform shirts, bagged by employee and boxed by team, on-time, with accuracy.

SOLUTION. Team OmniSource answered these challenges by working together—listening to the

client, understanding their pain points and developing new processes to achieve flawless execution. Next, we fielded an outstanding, on-site service team, to manage uniform selection and online ordering. Back in Indianapolis, we secured the blank garments, decorated them, and pic-pack-and-bagged them by employee, box by team/supervisor and shipped back to JEP for distribution all in 4 weeks.

RESULT. Our team turned the program around and won the confidence of JEP leadership.

We launched a pop-up uniform shop that outfitted 1,137 JEP associates with five garments each, through their Uniform Shirt Program.

Upon leaving the plant, Janie got a hug from their Human Resources Director and a handshake from the plant president!
